Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 12 October 2026

Welcome to AgainNew. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AgainNew website, marketplace, and related services for buying, selling, renting, and trading eligible electronic devices.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, selling a device, booking a rental, or participating in a B2B or bulk transaction, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable product, order, and transaction terms.

1. About AgainNew

AgainNew operates an online marketplace for buying, selling, renting, and trading eligible electronic devices and related products. Services may be provided directly by AgainNew or through approved sellers, vendors, logistics partners, and service providers.

Product availability, condition, warranty, pricing, and fulfillment arrangements may vary by listing and transaction.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must provide accurate account, contact, and transaction information.

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and OTPs and for notifying AgainNew of suspected unauthorized access.

B2B customers may be required to submit business verification documents, including GST, PAN, or Udyam details where applicable. Access to B2B pricing, bulk bidding, and other business features may require Admin approval.

3. Product Listings and Condition

Customers must review each product listing before purchasing. Relevant details may include model, specifications, storage, grade, physical condition, included accessories, price, warranty, and delivery information.

Refurbished and pre-owned devices may show signs of prior use. The condition and grade stated in the relevant listing or transaction documentation will apply.

4. Single-Product Purchases

Single-product purchases are subject to the displayed price, product specifications, availability, payment terms, delivery details, and applicable return and refund policies.

The final order confirmation will reflect applicable charges, discounts, taxes, and the amount payable.

Returns and refunds for eligible single-product purchases are governed by the published Refund Policy and applicable product terms.

5. B2B and Bulk Purchases

B2B and bulk transactions may involve fixed-price purchases, lot purchases, or bidding, depending on the available listing and transaction method.

Before placing an order or submitting a bid, buyers must review:

  • Product or lot description and quantity.

  • Device specifications, condition, and grading.

  • Bid amount or agreed purchase price.

  • Applicable taxes, charges, and payment deadlines.

  • Delivery or collection arrangements.

  • Warranty conditions.

  • Cancellation, refund, and dispute terms.

A bid, order, or bulk transaction is subject to the acceptance and confirmation process specified by AgainNew and the applicable transaction documents.

Bidding Sheet

The applicable Bidding Sheet may define the lot details, bid validity, payment requirements, inspection terms, warranty conditions, cancellation provisions, and other transaction-specific rules.

Buyers must review the Bidding Sheet before submitting a bid or confirming a bulk purchase. The applicable Bidding Sheet and agreed transaction terms will govern the relevant transaction, subject to applicable law.

6. Product Warranty for B2B and Bulk Buyers

Warranty for B2B and bulk purchases is product-specific. The applicable warranty duration and conditions will be mentioned on the product listing, bulk lot details, or applicable Bidding Sheet before the buyer confirms the purchase or bid.

Depending on the product and transaction, warranty details may include:

  • Warranty duration and start date.

  • Covered defects or functional issues.

  • Exclusions and limitations.

  • Claim submission procedure.

  • Required supporting documents.

  • Available remedies, such as repair or replacement, where specified.

Buyers must review the applicable warranty terms before purchasing.

For bulk lots, warranty conditions expressly specified in the applicable Bidding Sheet will form part of the transaction terms. Any additional or different warranty conditions must be clearly disclosed before the bid or purchase is confirmed.

A warranty does not automatically guarantee a refund. Warranty claims, returns, cancellations, and refunds are separate matters governed by the applicable warranty terms, Bidding Sheet, Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Buyers should retain the invoice, order reference, and relevant product or lot details when submitting a warranty claim.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to buyers under applicable law.

7. Selling Devices Through AgainNew

Customers selling devices must provide accurate information about the device's model, variant, condition, functional status, and known defects.

An online valuation may be provisional. The final offer may change after physical inspection, quality checks, or verification of the supplied information.

If the final offer differs from the initial valuation, the applicable selling workflow will communicate the revised offer and available acceptance or rejection options.

Pickup depends on PIN code serviceability and operational availability. Customers must be legally entitled to sell the device and complete applicable ownership or identity verification where required.

8. Rental Services

Rental services, where available, are governed by the terms shown for the selected product and booking.

These may include rental duration, charges, deposits, eligibility, verification, delivery, collection, permitted use, damage, late returns, cancellation, and applicable fees.

Customers must comply with the rental agreement and return the device according to its stated conditions.

A rental booking is not confirmed until the applicable booking process is completed and confirmation is provided.

9. Payments, Taxes, and Invoices

Customers must pay the amounts specified in the confirmed order or agreed transaction terms.

Payments may be processed through authorized payment gateways, banking channels, or supported payment methods.

B2B and bulk transactions may require bank transfers or other methods stated in the invoice or Bidding Sheet. A payment is not considered confirmed until verified through the applicable process.

Applicable taxes and invoices will be handled according to the transaction and applicable law.

10. Delivery, Pickup, and Serviceability

Delivery and device pickup depend on PIN code serviceability, product availability, logistics arrangements, and operational constraints.

A PIN code may be serviceable for delivery but not for pickup, or vice versa.

Estimated delivery and pickup timelines are indicative unless expressly confirmed. Customers must provide accurate addresses and contact information and cooperate with reasonable fulfillment verification requirements.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

The standard Refund Policy applies to eligible single-product purchases as described in that policy.

Bulk purchases are subject to the refund, cancellation, and other remedies specified in the applicable Bidding Sheet and agreed transaction terms. The single-product refund policy does not automatically apply to bulk purchases.

Customers and business buyers should review the relevant transaction terms before confirming a purchase or bid.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures depend on the applicable product listing, warranty documentation, and transaction terms.

For B2B and bulk purchases, the product-specific warranty or applicable Bidding Sheet will define the relevant conditions.

Customers should retain their order information and provide accurate details when submitting a warranty or support request.

13. B2B Accounts, Sellers, and Vendors

B2B access, seller registration, vendor services, and bulk bidding may require registration, verification, and approval.

Approved participants must provide accurate business, inventory, product, and transaction information and comply with applicable agreements.

Separate terms may govern seller payouts, commissions, vendor credits, lead processing, fulfillment, and other business services.

Access may be restricted for suspected fraud, misuse, inaccurate information, or material breach, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide fraudulent or misleading information.

  • Access another person's account or private information without authorization.

  • Manipulate bids, offers, reviews, or transactions.

  • Circumvent security or access restrictions.

  • Upload malicious files or disrupt website operations.

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities.

  • Misuse device identifiers or personal information.

  • Violate intellectual property or other legal rights.

AgainNew may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action under applicable law and relevant agreements.

15. Website Availability and Changes

AgainNew may update website features, product availability, service areas, prices, promotions, and functionality.

Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or displayed as Coming Soon.

Unavailability does not automatically cancel confirmed orders or delete transaction records. Existing transactions will be handled under their applicable terms and legal obligations.

16. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, design elements, and software may be owned by or licensed to AgainNew or the relevant rights holders.

Protected material may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.

17. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information are described in the AgainNew Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be processed as described in that policy and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgainNew will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Applicable product warranties, transaction agreements, and mandatory legal protections remain in effect.

19. Changes to These Terms

AgainNew may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, business operations, or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Specific order terms, rental agreements, seller agreements, and Bidding Sheets may also apply to individual transactions.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable Indian law. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant contractual terms.

Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provision must be applied consistently with mandatory legal rights and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
